We reserve the right to address concerns related to individuals and their shoes. This is especially the case if a particular kind or style of shoe becomes a problem.
We are not responsible for shoes lost, stolen, traded, damaged, etc. For this reason, expensive or hard-to-get shoes are discouraged.
